14 Day Replacement Warranty
Ezy Beach will replace your product within 14 days from the date of dispatch or direct purchase if it is found to be either damaged or faulty. Inspection of goods immediately on arrival is advised.
The warranty does not cover the replacement of goods found to have been damaged through misuse of any kind. If problems do arise, please contact us, and we will endeavor to resolve any issues.
No refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind.
The inwards postage and handling charge are not refundable. However, the postage and handling charge for replacement will be at our expense.
